In 2004, CF Digital took a strategic step by establishing its cloud entity, investing in digital infrastructure, and becoming one of the early enablers of cloud solutions in the UK. By 2007, the company made a substantial commitment to web and application development, which played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic when digital transformation accelerated rapidly. By 2015, the firm’s expansion into GDPR compliance and other data-oriented regulatory frameworks, leading to the development of a dedicated legal and compliance practice.
In parallel, 2007 saw the year CF Digital venturing into analytics and generative AI, exploring its potential applications in commercial and marketing domains. In 2011, the company collaborated with the founders of DeepMind – later acquired by Google – contributing to the advancement of generative AI usability and code development. This marked a significant milestone in CF Digital’s expertise in AI-driven solutions.
Leading the Way in FinTech, Blockchain and Global Cybersecurity
CF Digital has been an early mover in FinTech. In 2012, the firm initiated blockchain development, followed by early applications for FinTech solutions in 2013, supporting firms that have since become market leaders in their respective domains.
Recognizing the growing importance of cybersecurity, the company launched its cybersecurity enterprise in 2014, innovating and investing into companies across the Americas, Europe, and emerging markets to strengthen digital security frameworks.
